The Department of Political science aims to equip student with the depth knowledge and intellectual tools to engage with the local and global level issues, and challenge .provide them with learning experience to understand political phenomena and increase critical thinking.
- To teach students Indian constitutional values like democracy, liberty ,equality, justice and secularism.
- To develop democratic qualities in the students.
- To familiarise the student with the basic ideas of political science.
